Eligibility for Refunds

    • You received the wrong item.

    • You change your mind about the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (see conditions below).

  • Refund or Exchange: You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

Timeframe for Returns

  • Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order and request a return for a change of mind.

  • Faulty Goods: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a faulty item.

  • Beyond 30 days: You may still be entitled to a repair or replacement if the item develops a fault within a reasonable time frame.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. This includes all original packaging, labels, and any accessories that came with the item.

  • Items should be free of any marks, stains, or odours.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Process for Returns

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method to the following address:

Refund Method

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge restocking fees for returned items that meet the conditions outlined above. However, we may deduct an amount from the refund if the item is returned in a condition that indicates it has been used, damaged, or is not in a resaleable condition due to reasons not related to its original condition.

Exclusions

  • The following items are not eligible for returns:

    • Personalized or custom-made items.

    • Perishable goods.

    • Items that have been used or damaged due to customer negligence.

    • Items where the hygiene seal has been broken (unless faulty).

Your Statutory Rights

  • This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to a full refund for faulty or misdescribed goods, and a right to return items bought online within 14 days of receiving them, even if they are not faulty.
