You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Using the Website in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website.

• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Website for any purpose without our express written permission.

• Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating any other user.

5. Products

• Description: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the Products. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, images, or other content of the Products are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to the upcycled nature of the Products, minor variations and imperfections may exist, and these are considered part of their unique character.

• Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

• Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may not accept your order if an item is out of stock, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we identify a product or pricing error.
  

6. Orders and Payment

• Order Placement: When you place an order, you are offering to buy the Products at the stated price, subject to these Terms.

• Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

• Order Acceptance: We will send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted when it is dispatched.

• Payment: We accept payment via [List Payment Methods, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, PayPal]. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• Security: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card details.
  

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Estimated delivery times are 2 working days for UK Mainland. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside UK Mainland destinations.
  

8. Returns and Refunds

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the Products, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was faulty or not as described.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hello@musiuk.com.
  

9. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of musiuk or its content suppliers and is protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of musiuk. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Website or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
